I’m Charlie, French Product & Industrial designer based in Seattle.
I’m currently Head of Design at Stealth creating the future of a Humanized AI.

Previously at Microsoft Mixed Reality. I was part of the Design Team working on Hardware and Software experiences for HoloLens.

I strive to design natural experiences for emerging technologies that simplifies the dialogue between humans and products.

During my journey, I worked at the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company advising leaders of the Top 500 Fortune Companies on their global strategies. My role was to connect design and business to identify unmet opportunities. I served clients in various industries from North to South America, Europe and South Asia. My mission was to accelerate client design capabilities to deliver growth and the adoption to provocative ideas. The engagements spanned across digital transformation, portfolio optimization and the creation of new products categories.

Prior to McKinsey, at LUNAR San Francisco. I reinterpreted objects, materials and processes from concept to manufacturing, navigating between analog and digital to bring to life seamless products experiences. I created award-winning solutions ranging for start-ups, consumer electronics, CPG and MedTech.

Ultimately, my story started in Paris at Servaire&Co, where I had the chance of working with luxury houses in the beauty industry. I created emotional experiences to amplify brands legacies. From cosmetics, spirits to branding and concept stores, this step has led me to redefine my sense of detail and story-telling.

From consulting to in-house, my design approach remains consistent: navigating seamlessly in fast complex moving environments, combining strategic thinking with an obsession for creating in a changing creative landscape.
