SHISEIDO NAVISION

Shiseido aims to introduce a groundbreaking category of cosmetics combining a clinical approach called "cosmeceuticals." Drawing inspiration from Japanese skincare traditions and the Brand's heritage, the challenge was to re-invent an entirely new beauty journey reflecting Japenese’s customers aspirations. By assessing and imagining new skincare treatments relevant to different categories of consumers, the objective was to deliver a pain-free beauty experience. Identifying the rise of traditional skin needling procedure as one of the key opportunity for growth, we introduced a new ritual of micro needling techniques. With an embedded serum, the patch delivers visible results without discomfort. From insights to concepts, my role was to lead and define the design requirement for a distinct group of customers by creating an aspirational end-to-end experience that perpetuals Shiseido innovation roadmap.
