In this personal project, I revisited the 021C made by Ford and Marc Newson in 1999. With a possibility of Apple reimagining the mobility space in the future, bringing this concept back would be an exciting approach to enter into the mobility space. The major redesign focus on the vehicle headlight and taillight with a more humanized interface, displaying expression to others on the road. Celebrating the simplicity and modularity of original the cabin, the dashboard receive a display powered by “MobilityOS”, crafted for the in-car experiences. This personal exploration, I refined my approach in surfacing, motion design, camera tracking, and product detailing based on visuals available.
